How to use the reply generator
- Paste the message you received, from LinkedIn, Upwork, email or WhatsApp.
- Optional: write your answer in your own words and language: "yes, tomorrow morning", "price is $50", anything.
- Pick the reply with the right tone and send it yourself.
Three rules for a good reply
- Answer the question first. Then add details.
- One message, one main point. Short paragraphs, clear dates and numbers.
- End with the next step: a time, a question, or what you will send.
Phrases that sound more natural
- "Kindly revert" → "Please let me know."
- "Do the needful" → say exactly what you need.
- "I will update you" → "I will send you an update by [time]."
- "Sorry for the inconvenience caused" → "Sorry about that, here is the fix."
